All of my pieces are made using high-quality artist resin combined with pigments, metallic powders, alcohol inks and sometimes natural materials such as shells, dried flowers, or wood. The resin cures into a durable, glass-like finish that’s both decorative and functional.

The resin I use is certified food-safe once fully cured. That means trays, coasters, and boards can safely hold food, drinks, or serveware. I still recommend using a plate or napkin for direct contact with greasy or acidic foods to preserve the shine.

Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid dishwashers, soaking, or harsh abrasives. Keep your resin art out of direct sunlight for long periods to prevent colour fading over time.

Resin is water-resistant but not designed for constant outdoor exposure. Occasional use on a patio table or during an event is fine, but store your pieces indoors when not in use.

Every pour is unique! Resin flows and reacts naturally, so colour blends, swirls, and patterns vary slightly from piece to piece. That’s part of what makes each Kallisae Arts creation one-of-a-kind.
